Bladder suspension (also known as bladder neck suspension) is a procedure commonly used to treat stress urinary incontinence, which causes urine leakage during activities such as sneezing, laughing, or coughing. Bladder surgery is also an integral part of treatment for most bladder cancers. The type of surgical approach depends on the stage of the cancer.
